Charlotte Desprat
         Interior & Product Design

EN - Born French and raised in Czechia, trained in history at Yale and then in strategy and innovation consulting, I now approach interior and product design as a way of reading a situation before intervening in it. In each project, I seek not to impose a signature from the outset, but to build a fitting response that's right for its context : a place, a brand, a set of use cases, and people.

Product design
Kokuyo Design Award Competition
Year 2

Linoleum, carpet, foam, vinyl: materials we once touched as children, crawling on all fours, before growing up and drifting away from them. We Are Made Of Moods brings them back together in these five desk objects, designed to be held in moments of anxiety or sadness, as a way of grounding yourself

Eco-renovation apprenticeship
Maison Art Santé (MAS)
Year 1

Summer 2025: a hands-on apprenticeship with an eco-renovation masonry company, tending to the collapsed gable wall of a 16th-century squire’s house. Between lime and hemp wool, a sketchbook follows the gestures of the worksite — and the people who bring them to life.
